去年8月至12月,我局在全系统62个工厂和4个商业服务分公司及其100多个基层店中,开展为期100天咨询性质的企业管理大检查,取得了显著的成效。1986年上半年,上海地区集体工业由于各种原因不太景气,工业生产比1985年同期大幅度下降。反映在企业管理上,不少人认为:前三年搞了企业整顿,1985年又进行了“回访”,现在问题成堆,严重“回潮”。有的甚至怀疑企业整顿是否有成效。
From August to December of last year, the Bureau conducted a large-scale corporate management inspection of 62 days of consultations in 62 factories and four commercial service branches and more than 100 grass-roots stores in the whole system, and achieved remarkable results. In the first half of 1986, the collective industries in the Shanghai area were less prosperous for various reasons, and industrial production fell sharply from the same period in 1985. Reflected in the management of enterprises, many people think that: In the first three years, they carried out enterprise rectification, and in 1985, they conducted a “return visit.” Now the problems are piled up, and they have a serious “recovery”. Some even suspect that corporate restructuring has been effective.
