本文利用清华大学开发的MISP软件,通过对10t和12t钢锭的计算,研究了锭模结构及浇注工艺对钢锭内部缩松的影响,得出了一些有益的结论。
In this paper, the MISP software developed by Tsinghua University, through the calculation of 10t and 12t steel ingot, the impact of ingot mold structure and pouring process on the internal shrinkage of ingot was studied, and some useful conclusions were drawn.
