甘肃省会宁县积极探索构建面向全体乡村教师的培训体系。一是盘活资源立根基:培育本土化培训团队。如充分利用内外资源,建立“培训师”队伍。二是因地制宜建模式:让培训对接每个岗位、抵达每个教师。包括建立一体化运作机制、形成递进式学习框架、规范下移式实施流程。三是量身定制强管理:确保教师深度参与培训、融入测评。包括突出参与式过程管理、落实捆绑式达标测评等。
