利用前人开发的34对籼粳分化InDel标记对来自全国多个省份的342份育种材料进行了籼粳属性鉴定,结果表明,59.65%的育种材料是典型籼稻或典型粳稻,26.61%的材料为渗入少量亚种间片段的籼稻或粳稻,偏籼、偏粳及籼粳中间型材料较少,仅为13.74%。明确育种材料的籼粳属性,有利于育种工作者根据需要选择合适籼粳成分的材料进行育种。
34 pairs of Indica-Japonica Differentiated InDel markers developed by our predecessors were used to identify indica and japonica traits of 342 breeding materials from different provinces in China. The results showed that 59.65% of the breeding materials were typical indica or typical japonica rice, and 26.61% of the materials were Indica or japonica rice that infiltrated a small amount of inter-subspecies fragments had less intermediate materials of partial indica, partial japonica and indica-japonica, accounting for only 13.74%. Identification of indica and japonica properties of breeding materials is conducive to breeding workers according to the need to select the appropriate ingredients of indica and japonica for breeding.
