According to the document issued by the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China on the “Annual Report on the Partial Inpatient Medical Expenses of the Health Department,” the author analyzed the cost of hospitalization and the quality of medical care for some diseases in the hospital in 2002. The results are reported below. 1 Basic Conditions of Some Diseases Our hospital tried to input the basic data of the inpatient records of the year 2000 in the Excel system, and selected 42 samples from the input data.
