在中学英语教学中,学生英语成绩的提高,不仅要依靠学生的智力因素,更重要的是要发掘和依靠学生的非智力因素。因此,在教学中英语教师要采用多样化的教学手段来激发学生的学习兴趣,以和谐融洽的师生关系来营造轻松愉快的学习氛围,以丰富多彩的第二课堂来巩固学生的学习效果。发掘学生的非智力因素,有利于进行中学英语教学,有利于充分发掘学生的非智力因素,真正使学生的非智力因素转化为能力发展和中学英语教学的内驱力。
In middle school English teaching, the improvement of students ’English scores depends not only on the students’ intelligence but also on the non-intelligence of the students. Therefore, in the teaching of English teachers should adopt a variety of teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning, harmonious relationship between teachers and students to create a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere, a colorful second classroom to consolidate the learning effect of students. To explore the non-intelligence factors of students is conducive to English teaching in secondary schools, to fully explore the non-intelligence factors of students and to truly turn students’ non-intelligence factors into capability development and internal driving force of secondary school English teaching.
