一、诊疗人次2014年1~10月,全国医疗卫生机构总诊疗人次达61.5亿人次,同比提高5.7%。其中:医院23.8亿人次,同比提高8.9%;基层医疗卫生机构35.5亿人次,同比提高3.5%;其他机构2.1亿人次。医院中:公立医院21.3亿人次,同比提高8.4%;民营医院2.5亿人次,同比提高13.4%。基层医疗卫生机构中:社区卫生服务中心(站)5.3亿人次,同比提高3.6%;乡镇卫生院8.1亿人次,同比提高2.7%;村卫生室诊疗人次16.7亿人次(见表1)。
First, the number of medical treatment From January to October 2014, the total number of medical and health institutions nationwide reached 6.15 billion person-time, an increase of 5.7%. Of which, 2.38 billion were in hospitals, up 8.9% over the same period of last year; 3.55 billion were in primary health care institutions, an increase of 3.5% over the same period of last year; and 210 million were from other institutions. Among the hospitals, 2.13 billion were public hospitals, an increase of 8.4% over the same period of last year; 250 million were private hospitals, an increase of 13.4% over the same period of last year. Among primary health care institutions, there are 530 million community health service centers (stations), up 3.6% over the same period of last year; 810 million were township hospitals, an increase of 2.7% over the same period of last year; and 1.67 billion clinics were visited by village clinics (Table 1).
