在临床上,典型的肺结核病人往往能得到及时的诊治,但肺外结核及由结核杆菌所致变态反应的表现却变化多端,易于误诊为其他疾病。我们遇见特殊表现的结核病2例,现报告如下。例1,女性,36岁。因发热伴右侧腰痛、尿频、尿急1周于1981年6月13日入院。体检:T38.5℃,Bp16/8.5Kpa,肝脾肋下未及。右肾区叩痛(+),右腰大肌有压痛。入院后经青霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素治疗,症状改善,但仍发热,体温38～39.5℃,且于入院后第2周全身皮肤不断出现炎性肿块,小如花生,大如鹅蛋,先后在两上肢、右颈部、胸壁、右上颌关
