意大利画家皮耶罗·德拉·弗朗杰斯卡(Piero Della Francesca)是一位不为人熟知的画家,他的作品气质是缓慢而沉静的,似乎也不合乎现代人的快节奏步调。这位15世纪的画家出生在位于佛罗伦萨东边的一个小城镇——圣塞波可(Borgo San Sepolcro)。弗朗杰斯卡的画作数量并不多,其中大部分收藏在意大利佛罗伦萨的乌菲兹美术馆和乌尔比诺的马士国立美术馆。
Piero Della Francesca, an Italian painter, is a less well-known painter whose work is slow and quiet and does not seem to fit the fast-paced modernity. This 15th century painter was born in Borgo San Sepolcro, a small town east of Florence. There are not many paintings in Francesca, most of which are collected at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy and at the Maasai Art Gallery in Urbino.
