1988年11月和1989年5月,发现2例弓形体病,现报告如下。 病历摘要 例1男,47岁,农民,土家族,本市红土区人。体格强壮,平素健康。家中养有猫、狗等动物。曾于1983年和1987年分别以“散发性脑炎”和“颅内肿瘤”入院,经用抗生素、激素等治疗,缓解出院。1988年又以“脑栓塞”再次入院。表现为口眼歪斜、语言不清、进行性右侧上下肢瘫痪、阵发性抽搐并累及左侧睾丸及左下肢,卧床不起,饮食、大小便均不能自理。脑电图为典型脑炎波
