党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,也是党执政的基础。认真做好发展党员工作是加强和改善基层党组织建设的关键性措施,是一项强大的“造血工程”。1994年以来,我们将发展党员工作作为一项经常性的战略任务来抓,取得了明显的进展。 一、分析现状,增强紧迫感 1993年,我们组织了市直单位及区、乡干部100多人对全市的党员队伍和基层支部班子的现状进行了为期半个月的调查。调查中发现,发展党员工作已到了非重视不可的时候。
The grass-roots party organizations are the foundation for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness and also the basis for the party’s administration. To conscientiously do a good job of developing Party members is a key measure to strengthen and improve the building of grass-roots Party organizations, and is a formidable “hematopoietic project.” Since 1994, we have made marked progress in developing party members’ work as a regular strategic task. I. Analyze the Current Situation and Increase the Sense of Urgency In 1993, we organized a total of more than 100 people from municipal departments directly under the Central Government and districts and township cadres to conduct a half-month investigation into the status quo of the Party members and grassroots branch teams in the city. During the investigation, it was discovered that the development of party members’ work has reached a time when it is unavoidable.
