汽车发动机上使用的气化器(化油器),结构复杂、壁厚相差较大,由熔点较低的锌铝合金铸成。补焊时,往往由于不易排除氧化锌及氧化铝膜而使补焊工作难以进行。我们根据实践经验,采用气焊修补工艺获得了较好的效果,具体工艺如下。焊前准备 1.焊接材料的制备将废气化器熔化后,在带槽的钢模或泥模中浇铸出直径为3~5毫米的合金棒,作为气焊丝。气焊熔剂为气剂401。在预热时,将气焊丝加热后,沾上熔剂,备用。
