目的了解海南省CT机的防护状况,为保护放射工作人员、受检者和公众的健康提供依据。方法依据GBZ138—2002《医用X射线诊断卫生防护监测规范》进行检测,依据相关国家标准进行评价。结果CT机房周围环境辐射水平范围为0.01~67.82μGy/h,均值为(0.75±4.53)μGy/h,其中操作室防护门、候诊门和楼上辐射水平最高,机房防护区超标率为1.69%。结论加强CT机机房辐射防护预评价工作是必要的。
Objective To understand the status of CT machine protection in Hainan Province and provide basis for protecting the health of radiation workers, subjects and public. Methods According to GBZ138-2002 “Medical X-ray Diagnostic Health Protection Monitoring Code” for testing, according to the relevant national standards for evaluation. Results The radiation level range of CT room surrounding environment was 0.01 ~ 67.82μGy / h, with an average of (0.75 ± 4.53) μGy / h. The radiation level in the operating room door, waiting room door and upstairs was the highest, . Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the pre-evaluation of radiation protection in CT engine room.
