56例下肢骨折后期膝关节僵硬患者分为治疗组和对照组各28例,治疗组给予中药熏洗和手法按摩,对照组给予功能锻炼,4w为一个疗程,结束治疗后观察及记录疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为96.4%和75.0%。痊愈率和有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。中西医结合治疗下肢骨折后期膝关节僵硬疗效显著,愈合快,能有效改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
56 cases of lower extremity fracture late knee stiffness patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 28 cases, the treatment group was given fumigation and manual massage, the control group was given functional exercise, 4w for a course of treatment, after the end of treatment observed and recorded efficacy. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.4% and 75.0% respectively. There was a significant difference between cure rate and effective rate (P <0.05). Integrative Medicine in the treatment of lower extremity fracture knee stiffness significant effect, rapid healing, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
