研制了一种钇钡铜氧涂层,并研究了它的超导电性.电阻测量表明在92 K附近涂层电阻急骤下降,所有样品的零电阻温度均高于77K,有的达到88.2K.交流磁化率的测量也观察到在电阻转变温区有明显的抗磁性.X射线衍射实验证明以氧化铝陶瓷为基体的涂层材料为单相YBa_2Cu_3O_(9-■)欠氧钙钛矿结构.
A yttrium barium copper oxide coating was developed and its superconductivity was investigated.The resistance measurements showed a sharp drop in the coating resistance near 92 K. The zero resistance temperature of all the samples was higher than 77K and some reached 88.2K. AC magnetization measurements were also observed in the resistance transformation temperature zone obvious diamagnetism X-ray diffraction experiments show that the alumina ceramic matrix coating material is single-phase YBa2Cu_3O_ (9- ■) oxygen perovskite structure.
