目的建立一种快速测定纳米银消毒剂中银含量的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)方法,对纳米银消毒剂中银含量测定参数进行了观察,以确定该方法的准确性。结果在0~120μg/L范围内,ICP-MS仪器响应值与试样溶液中银含量呈线性关系,线性方程为I=0.016079×C;相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为3.6μg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.9%,加标回收率在99.6%~107%之间。结论 应用ICP-MS方法测定纳米银消毒剂中银含量,样品处理简单,线性范围宽,测定快速,定量准确。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of silver in silver nanosilver disinfectant. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the silver content in the nanosilver disinfectant to determine the accuracy of the method. Results There was a linear relationship between the response of ICP-MS and the silver content in the sample solution. The linear equation was I = 0.016079 × C, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the detection limit was 3.6 μg / kg, The relative standard deviation was 1.9%, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 99.6% to 107%. Conclusion The content of silver in the silver nanosilver disinfectant was determined by ICP-MS method. The sample was simple in treatment, wide in linear range, fast in determination and accurate in quantification.
