1 前言 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2双相不锈钢属铁素体——奥氏体型超低碳不锈钢,自70年代以来,国内外广泛用于耐应力腐蚀破坏的新材料。该钢种由于溶有一定量的氮,使钢的屈服强度、塑性、韧性较1Cr18Ni9Ti钢为高。国内参考了瑞典Sandrik 3RE60双相不锈钢,研制成功了 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2,因此在炼油厂,化肥厂隶素 CO_2高压换热器,纸浆生产设备上都得到了广泛应用。 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2铁素体——奥氏体双相不锈钢具有以下特点:
