会计人才培养是一个国家经济管理的重要环节,是经济发展的基础工作。新会计准则的制订能否培养高素质的会计人才是关键。本文针对目前我国会计人才的现状,提出了培养适应新会计准则的会计人才应从会计学历教育和在职继续教育两方面进行的建议。
Accounting personnel training is an important part of a country’s economic management, is the basic work of economic development. The development of new accounting standards can cultivate high-quality accounting personnel is the key. In view of the present situation of accounting talents in our country, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate accountants who adapt to the new accounting standards from the aspects of accounting qualification education and on-the-job continuing education.
