自1955年4月16日郑州矿务局王沟煤矿416煤巷掘进队组建以来,多次被部、省、市、局、矿评为安全生产先进集体:1959年出席全国煤炭战线群英会;1978年被矿务局命名为特别能战斗的队;1980年跨入国家掘进甲级队行列;1981年被原煤炭部树为全国煤炭战线安全生产十面红旗之一;1985年再次出席全国煤炭战线群英会;1989年被能源部评为安全生产先进集体。 在过去的35年当中,该队取得了165000m全优掘进工程而未出现死亡事故的成绩。现回忆总结过去的经验,有如下几个方面: 一、坚持安全第一,认真作到“四抓” “四查” 煤炭行业艰苦危险,要实现安全生产,就必须坚定不移地贯彻执行党的安全生产方针,牢固树立安全第一的思想。
