经济全球一体化发展,给予了经济结构更多变化的可能。股票作为有价证券,在资本运行中起到了关键的作用。我国证券市场尚处于建设发展的初期,股票融资是上市公司通过必要的方式,利用配股发行可转换为债券的方式。股票投资是一种新型的投资方式,也是新时期资本市场变化的重要项目。股票融资实际上是要实现一种控制权,通过长期性的投资,借助市场流通,根据一定的股利进行经营后的收入分配。股票投资过程的融资手段很多,但是,能够占据市场份额,实现经济价值的,还需要在实践中不断积累经验。
The economic globalization has given the possibility of more changes in the economic structure. Stocks, as securities, play a key role in the operation of capital. China’s securities market is still in the initial stage of construction and development. Stock financing is a method by which listed companies pass the necessary means to issue shares that can be converted into bonds. Stock investment is a new type of investment, but also an important project of capital market changes in the new era. Stock financing is actually to achieve a kind of control, through long-term investment, with market circulation, according to a certain dividend after the operation of the income distribution. There are many means of financing the stock investment process, however, to gain market share and realize economic value, we also need to accumulate experience in practice.
