美育本质上是一个帮助学生去经历人生高峰,努力实现自我最高价值和人生最高价值的素质教育。其中最为重要途径之一就是美术教育,并且国务院曾经颁发过的《中国教育改革和发展纲要》也明确指出了美术教育是实施美育的一项非常重要的内容。然而,综合我国国情来看,随着社会经济的快速发展,城市与农村的差距逐渐的拉大,地域之间的文化发展非常不平衡,在我国的学校教育中,农村和边远山区的中小学美术教育依然是最薄弱的一环。
Aesthetic education is essentially a quality education that helps students to experience the peak of life and strive to achieve the highest self-worth and highest value in life. One of the most important ways is art education, and the “Outline of Education Reform and Development in China” issued by the State Council also clearly pointed out that art education is a very important part of implementing aesthetic education. However, taking into account China’s national conditions, with the rapid development of social economy, the gap between urban and rural areas has gradually widened and the cultural development among different regions has been very unbalanced.
