研究了在小砌块用的砼以粉煤灰分别取代水泥和砂子及同时取代水泥和砂子对砼强度的影响,对低胶骨比砼中掺粉煤灰后,其强度提高、抗渗性能改善的机理进行了探索,通过工厂试生产表明:以生产MU7.5 砼砌块的配合比为基准,掺 16%粉煤灰,砌块强度等级可提高到 MU10;抗渗性能从 Q级升为 S 级;节省水泥 15%,砂子 42%。
The influence of concrete and sand replaced by fly ash and cement and sand at the same time was studied. The strength and impermeability of fly ash with low fly ash were compared. The mechanism of the improvement was explored and the factory trial production showed that: based on the mix ratio of MU7.5-based masonry blocks, 16% fly ash was added, and the strength grade of the masonry block can be increased to MU10; impermeability was improved from Q-grade. Grade S; saves 15% cement and 42% sand.
