随着起重机械监控系统安全性、可靠性的提高,嵌入式监控系统的开发成本也随之增加,对此,本文提出了一种新的的系统开发方法,并用于汽车起重机状态监控系统的设计。该方法基于Proteus进行原理图设计,根据Proteus中的电子元件特性模拟了监控系统的传感器,利用Proteus与Keil的联合调试进行仿真分析,并进行PCB板设计,最终制成了实体硬件试验测试系统,完成了系统对汽车起重机作业状态及其监测信号的采集、处理、显示、报警及控制。该方法实现了从原理图布局到实时仿真、调试再到PCB绘制的一体化设计,方便快捷,有效地缩短了开发周期、节约了开发成本。对轮式起重机、履带式起重机、塔式起重机的监测系统设计提供了重要的参考价值。
With the improvement of the safety and reliability of the crane monitoring system, the development cost of the embedded monitoring system also increases. To this end, this paper presents a new method of system development and is used in the condition monitoring system of truck crane design. The method is based on the schematic design of Proteus, the sensor of the monitoring system is simulated according to the characteristics of the electronic components in Proteus, the simulation analysis is carried out by the joint commissioning of Proteus and Keil, the PCB design is carried out, and the physical hardware test and test system is finally made. Completed the system of truck crane operating status and monitoring signals acquisition, processing, display, alarm and control. The method realizes the integrated design from schematic layout to real-time simulation, debugging and then to PCB drawing, which is convenient and quick, effectively shortens the development cycle and saves the development cost. On the wheel cranes, crawler cranes, tower crane monitoring system design provides an important reference value.
