简要介绍Tuttle公司造粒喷头造粒原理,及在渭化尿素装置中的使用情况,同时分析了造粒喷头对尿素粉尘含量所产生的影响,并提出相应措施。
This paper briefly introduces the granulation principle of granulation nozzle of Tuttle company and its usage in the urea plant of Weihua City. At the same time, the influence of granulation nozzle on the content of urea dust is analyzed and corresponding measures are put forward.
