近日,江苏镇江液压件有限责任公司博士后创新实践基地成功引进江苏大学能源与动力工程学院胡自成博士进站。这是该企业自2010年成功引进同济大学焦文瑞博士之后再次引进高层领军人才。多年来,镇江液压件公司坚持以科技创新为先导,与知名高校紧密合作,着力打造“技术标准开发-高端人才培养-产品创新研发-产业国际化”的一体化技术产业化基地。在领军人才团队的带领下,该公司先后承担了3项国家火炬计划项目
