2013年以来,工业和信息化系统按照党中央、国务院的决策部署,统筹推动稳增长、调结构、促改革、惠民生,积极推进工业转型升级,促进两化深度融合,工业经济总体保持平稳运行态势,通信业增势平稳。上半年工业和通信业经济运行特点突出一是经济运行总体平稳。据国家统计局统计,上半年,全国规模以上工业增加值同比增长9.3%,增速比一季度回落0.2个百分点。前五个月,规模以上工业企业实现利润同比增长12.3%,企业效益呈现恢复性回升。
