采取随机抽样和因子分析方法,通过对吉林省4市(县、区)的问卷调查,从微观层面上研究了大学生村官工作满意度情况。结果表明:按相关关系由高到低,工资收入满意度、工作环境满意度、与村民关系的融洽程度、福利待遇满意度四个因素对大学生村官工作总体满意度有显著影响。并依此提出提高大学生村官工作满意度的政策建议。
By means of random sampling and factor analysis, this paper studied the job satisfaction of college village officials from the microscopic level through the questionnaire survey of four cities (counties and districts) in Jilin Province. The results show that there are significant influences on the overall satisfaction degree of university student village officials according to four factors: high and low correlation, satisfaction with salary and income, satisfaction with working environment, harmony with villagers and satisfaction with welfare. And put forward some policy recommendations to improve the job satisfaction of college village officials.
