中和·白银丝绸之路文化艺术长廊借用兰州、定西中和·教育港、学校的成功经验后,2014年初与白银市政府签约打造白银中和·文化、艺术、教育等项目。在白银西区位于银凤湖周边开办教育港的同时,建设国际青少年美术博览馆、丝绸之路文化艺术长廊。
