本文报道应用氯甲苯噻嗪治疗有合并症的重症高血压患者共18例,男女患者的平均年龄为69±6岁。治疗前收缩压平均34.0±2.5kPa,舒张压平均18.0±1.8kPa。经用本品300mg在20-30s静注后,18例均显效,收缩压平均下降12±5kPa,舒张压平均下降6.O±2.1kPa;一般在用药后1Omin降压达高峰并维持24h以上。同时,使用合并症的其它药物治疗,一切合并症均渐消失。对氯甲苯噻嗪的副作用也进行了探讨。
This paper reports the application of chlorpromazine in the treatment of patients with severe hypertension in 18 cases, the average age of male and female patients was 69 ± 6 years. Systolic blood pressure before treatment average 34.0 ± 2.5kPa, diastolic blood pressure average 18.0 ± 1.8kPa. After using this product 300mg 20-30s intravenous injection, 18 cases were markedly effective, systolic blood pressure decreased by an average of 12 ± 5kPa, diastolic blood pressure decreased by 6. O ± 2.1kPa; generally 10Omin after administration peak pressure and maintained above 24h . At the same time, the use of other drug treatment of comorbidities, all complications have gradually disappeared. Side effects of p-xylazine were also explored.
