中国证券业协会第三次会员大会于2002年7月3日在北京圆满闭幕。这是自《中华人民共和国证券法》颁布以来,中国证券业的又一次盛会。大会审议通过了《中国证券业协会章程》,确定了中国证券业协会今后工作的指导思想,进一步明确了中国证券业协会的宗旨、职责、任务。会议选举产生了新一届中国证券业协会领导,庄心一当选为会长。中国证监会副主席高西庆出席了闭幕式并在会上做了讲话。他代表中国证监会对中
The third general meeting of the Securities Association of China concluded successfully in Beijing on July 3, 2002. This is another grand gathering for the securities industry in China since the enactment of the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China. The meeting reviewed and approved the Articles of Association of China Securities Association, determined the guidelines for the future work of China Securities Association, and further clarified the purposes, duties and tasks of the Securities Association of China. The meeting elected the leadership of the new China Securities Association, Zhuang Xinyi was elected as president.
