目的观察上睑下垂术后应用改良眼部包扎法预防并发症效果观察。方法上睑下垂术后术眼额部用弹性绷带加压包扎,眼部用药眼膏要覆盖整个角膜,包眼时借助胶布拉力将下睑皮肤向眼球方向靠拢,以缩小角膜暴露范围。结果 126例142眼中,术后发生并发症为2.1%,继发性额部血肿2例,为患儿碰撞术眼额部所致,角膜上皮缺损1例,为患儿不配合治疗,经常用手按压眼部敷料所致。结论改良眼部包扎法运用于上睑下垂手术后的患者,方法简单,与以往的眼部包扎法相比,可有效防止继发性血肿及暴露性角膜炎的发生,并增加患者舒适度,提高了手术成功率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of modified ocular banding on the prevention of postoperative complications after ptosis.
