目的:研究黄粉虫蛋白对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将黄粉虫蛋白分为高、中、低剂量组,分别为1.25,2.5,5 g·kg-1·d-1喂饲小鼠20 d,观察对小鼠免疫器官指数、碳廓清能力、迟发型变态反应(DTH)、溶血素抗体4个检测项目的影响。结果:黄粉虫蛋白明显增加小鼠脾和胸腺脏器指数,增加小鼠足跖肿胀度,促进小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬活力和溶血素抗体生成。结论:黄粉虫蛋白具有增加小鼠免疫器官重量、增强小鼠细胞免疫、激活和增强单核-巨噬细胞功能、刺激B淋巴细胞产生抗体的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Tenebrio molitor protein on immune function in mice. Methods: Tenebrio molitor protein was divided into high, medium and low dose groups, respectively 1.25, 2.5, 5 g · kg-1 · d-1 fed mice for 20 days, observed the immune organ index, , Delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH), hemolysin antibody 4 test items. Results: Tenebrio molitor protein significantly increased the index of spleen and thymus in mice, increased the degree of paw edema in mice, promoted the phagocytosis of mouse macrophages and the formation of hemolysin antibody. Conclusion: Tenebrio molitor protein can increase the weight of immune organs in mice, enhance the cellular immunity of mice, activate and enhance the function of monocytes and macrophages and stimulate the production of antibodies by B lymphocytes.
