提出了用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTMAB) -氧化剂 (KIO3)双增敏法测定甘草酸 (GA)的方法。GA的增敏电流包括 KIO3引起的催化电流和 CTMAB诱导的吸附电流。在0 .1 mol/L HAc- Na Ac(p H4.57± 0 .1 0 ) - 3mmol/L KIO3- 2 μmol/L CTMAB介质中 ,同浓度 GA的增敏电流约为其还原电流的 35倍。在 0 .1~ 1 .0 μmol/L范围内 ,GA的二阶导数峰电流与浓度呈线性关系。该法可用于直接测定甘草中的 GA含量。
A method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) using the cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB)-oxidant (KIO3) double sensitization method has been proposed. GA sensitization currents include catalytic currents induced by KIO3 and CTMAB-induced adsorption currents. The sensitized current of the same concentration of GA was approximately 35 of its reduction current in 0.1 mol/L HAc-Na Ac (p H4.57±0.10)-3 mmol/L KIO3- 2 μmol/L CTMAB medium. Times. In the range of 0.1-1.0 μmol/L, the second derivative peak current of GA has a linear relationship with the concentration. This method can be used to directly determine the GA content in licorice.
