本文提出了MHD电极材料——La_(1-x)Ca_xCrO_3在空气介质中烧结达到致密化的方法。在我组前所提出的工艺方法的基础上采用添加剂是促进材料致密化的一种有效手段。当合成温度为1100—1300℃,烧结温度为1650—1700℃时,可获得气孔率<2%、体积密度>6g/cm~3、室温电阻率约为1Ω—cm的致密制品。文中初步计算了La_(0.84)Ca_(0.10)CrO_3+0.5%MgO材料的结构参数:a=3.8748,c=3.8498,c/a=0.9935,表明它属于正方结构,并提出了La_(1-x)Ca_xCrO_3材料导电机理的表达式La_(1-x)Ca_λ[Cr_(1-x)(Cr_x·)]O_3。
In this paper, we propose a method to densification of LaD (1-x) Ca_xCrO_3 sintered in an air medium. In my group before the proposed process based on the use of additives is to promote material densification is an effective means. When the synthesis temperature is 1100-1300 ℃ and the sintering temperature is 1650-1700 ℃, the dense products with porosity <2%, bulk density> 6g / cm ~ 3 and room temperature resistivity is about 1Ω-cm can be obtained. The structural parameters of La_ (0.84) Ca_ (0.10) CrO_3 + 0.5% MgO material are preliminarily calculated: a = 3.8748, c = 3.8498, c / a = 0.9935, indicating that it belongs to the square structure and proposed La_ (1-x ) Ca_xCrO_3 material conductivity mechanism of the expression La_ (1-x) Ca_λ [Cr_ (1-x) (Cr_x ·)] O_3.
