汽车变速器和驱动桥之间,都装有万向传动装置。有些汽车,离合器和变速器、变速器和分动器、分动器和驱动桥之间也使用着万向传动装置。万向传动装置中目前最常用的是普通十字轴刚性万向节,这种十字轴万向节由十字轴、滚针轴承、万向节叉等零件组成。本试验的目的是探讨用钢背—塑料复合材料衬套来取代滚针轴承,从而减少生产工序,提高劳动生产效率,大量节约滚针钢,实现15000公里不润滑。
