本文报告国产和进口头孢三嗪与其他五种头孢菌素对21种221株病原首的体外抗菌活性比较.结果表明两种头孢三嗪的MIC50及MIC90分别为0.78及50μg/ml,说明两者体外抗菌活性相同.头孢三嗪和头孢噻肟对革蓝氏阴性菌和抗菌活性基本相似,头孢哌酮不如其他第三代头孢菌素.对绿脓杆菌的抗菌活性以Ceftazidime最高,其MIC几何平均数为1.56μg/ml,其次为头孢三嗪和头孢噻肟.头孢唑淋和头孢孟多对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性最高,其MIC几何平均数为0.9μg/ml,以下为头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮及头孢三嗪.
