由地质矿产部区域第四纪地质中心筹委会与联合国亚太经社会(ESCAP)和亚洲近海矿产资源联合勘测协调委员会(CCOP)共同主办的“第四纪沉积学和实验技术培训班”于1983年5月20日至6月9日在青岛地质矿产部海洋地质研究所举办.参加这届培训班的有来自孟加拉、印尼、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾、日本和中国的学员23人.担任培训班讲课的是荷兰著名的沉积学家梁瑞仁博士、荷兰乌德勒支大学比较沉积学家范赫尔德博士和美国地质调查所第四纪沉积学家莱茵哈特博士,还有CCOP的代表、荷兰第四纪地质专家克鲁斯博士.野外实习和实验技术课由地质矿产部海洋地质研究所10位工程师讲授和指导.亚太地区发展中国家面临着寻找和开发近海矿产资源、解决沿海城市地面沉降和环境保护等一系列第四纪地质问题,这次培训班就是适应上述需要而举办的.培训班的内容包括理论讲授、野外实习和实验技术三个方面.理论课内容主要有现代河流、三角洲、潮坪沉积作用及其沉积相分析,原生沉积构造,第四纪海平面升降等,野外实习主要有胶洲湾大沽河冲积相和潮坪沉积的调查和研究,泻湖一沙堤复合海岸的地质旅行,胶洲湾泥质潮滩的地质旅
The Quaternary Sedimentology and Experimental Technology Training Course co-hosted by the Preparatory Committee of the Quaternary Geological Center of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources and ESCAP and the Joint Coordination Committee for Coastal Mineral Resources of Asia (CCOP) Organized by the Institute of Marine Geology, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources of Qingdao from May 20 to June 9, there are 23 trainees from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan and China. The lectures were given by Dr. Liang Ruiren, a famous sedimentologist in the Netherlands, Dr. Van Heerde, a comparative sedimentologist at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands, and Dr. Rhine Hart, a Quaternary sedimentologist at the United States Geological Survey. Representatives from the CCOP, Quarrell, Quaternary geologist Dr. Field lectures and labs taught and instructed by 10 engineers at Institute of Marine Geology, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Developing countries in the Asia-Pacific region are faced with the search for and exploitation of offshore mineral resources and the settlement of land subsidence in coastal cities And environmental protection and a series of Quaternary geological problems, the training course is to meet the above needs and organized. The course includes Theory teaching, field practice and experimental techniques.The content of theory mainly includes the sedimentation of modern rivers, delta, tidal flat, sedimentary facies analysis, primary sedimentary structure, sea level rise and fall of the Quaternary period, Dagu River alluvial and tidal flat deposition of the investigation and research, lagoon a sand embankment composite coast geological travel, Jiaozhou Bay muddy tidal flat geology brigade
