国务院颁布《精神药品管理办法》已一年有余笔者通过调查发现,目前,药品生产、经营部门与医疗单位,对精神药品的管理仍存在一些问题,亟待解决。主要反映如下:
The State Council promulgated the “Measures for the Administration of Psychotropic Drugs” for more than a year I found through the investigation that at present, there are still some problems in the administration of psychoactive drugs in the pharmaceutical production and operation departments and medical units and are in urgent need of solution. Mainly reflected as follows:
