断块油田所特有的复杂性,使人们对它的认识不可能一次完成,其勘探、开发、建设工作,也不可能一次完成。地面工程布局的混乱和建设规模的不合理,必将引起不断的调整、改造和扩建。这不仅降低了油田开发建设的经济效益,而且不便于生产和施工。本文以地面建设为主,提出了分阶段进行勘探、开发、建设断块油田的综合性意见,并对地面工作的灵活性措施,作了初步总结,以与读者共同探讨和提高。
The unique complexity of the fault block oil field makes it impossible for people to understand it once and for all. Exploration, development and construction work can not be completed in one go. The confusion of the layout of the ground works and the irrational scale of construction will surely cause continuous adjustment, transformation and expansion. This not only reduces the economic benefits of oilfield development and construction, but also does not facilitate the production and construction. Based on the ground construction, this article puts forward the comprehensive opinions on exploring, developing and building the fault-broken oilfields in phases, and makes a preliminary summary of the flexibility measures of the ground work so as to discuss and improve together with the readers.
