X射线荧光光谱法已广泛用于合金分析。本文分析的对象为钒基多元超导合金,从分析的角度看,试样有以下特点:1.某些化学性质很相近的元素共存,用化学方法分析困难较大;2.试样组成多变,但都以钒为基本成份,分别同锆、铪、铌、钽、钛冶炼成二元、三元或四元多种不同体系的合金。因此,试样组成不固定,含量变化也比较大。针对上述特点,为了及时配合材料研究部门的工作,采用了溶液滤纸片法制备薄试样以克服基体效应,加入内标元素以减小制样误差,用人工合成方法制备一套包含全部六种成份的标准快速分析多种不同体系的钒基合金。

In response to the above characteristics, in order to timely cooperate with the materials research department, a solution filter paper method was used to prepare thin samples to overcome the matrix effect.
