目的通过对阜阳市2001~2009年疟疾流行情况研究,评价现行疟防措施对控制疟疾流行所起的作用,指导今后疟防工作。方法系统收集2001~2009年阜阳市疟疾发病资料,分析疟疾流行状况;收集近年来各项疟防措施落实情况进行综合评估。结果 2001~2007年疟疾疫情逐年上升,通过消除疟疾传染源、防蚊灭蚊等综合性防治措施地落实,2007年8月份以后疟疾疫情快速上升趋势得到遏制,2009年疟疾发病明显降低。结论疟防措施有效落实是控制疟疾流行的关键,以分类指导、突出重点为原则切实做好各项疟防工作才能有效地控制疟疾流行。
Objective To study the epidemic situation of malaria in Fuyang from 2001 to 2009, evaluate the effect of current malaria prevention measures on the control of malaria epidemic, and guide future malaria prevention. Methods The data of malaria incidence in Fuyang City from 2001 to 2009 were collected to analyze the epidemic situation of malaria. The implementation of malaria prevention measures in recent years was collected to conduct a comprehensive assessment. Results The epidemic of malaria increased year by year from 2001 to 2007 and was implemented through comprehensive prevention and control measures such as eliminating sources of malaria and preventing mosquito and mosquito. Since then, the rapid rise of malaria in August 2007 has been checked, and the incidence of malaria in 2009 dropped significantly. Conclusion The effective implementation of malaria prevention measures is the key to controlling the epidemic of malaria. To effectively control the malaria epidemic by categorizing the guidelines and focusing on the principle of malaria prevention and control can be effective.
