为了掌握水胶比、粉煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂和胶砂比对水泥基灌浆材料流动性能的影响及其最佳配比,通过调整水胶比、粉煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂和胶砂比的掺量和配比,并引入正交试验来分析对灌浆材料流动度的影响,结果表明:减水剂对水泥基灌浆材料初始流动度和30min流动度影响最为显著,粉煤灰对其初始流动度影响较小,膨胀剂对其30min流动度影响较小。水胶比、粉煤灰、减水剂、膨胀剂和胶砂比的最佳配比为水胶比0.31、粉煤灰20%、减水剂0.8%、膨胀剂6%、胶砂比1.1。
