一炼钢为一米七系统提供的低碳深冲沸腾钢坯,对强度和表面质量要求十分严格。由于碳含量要求特别低,引起钢中氧含量不稳定,钢锭合格率较低,1981年仅88.9%,经过多年努力,1985年达到97%,取得了可喜的成绩。但此后的进展不大,1986年只有97.7%,距一级质量指标、综合钢锭合格率98.3%仍有很大差距。冷轧HC型小轧机鉴定投产后,W08F的产量将会大幅度增加,有可能突破20万吨,就目前W08F的生产水平,是难跟上形势的发展的。联系到平炉的操作和工艺上来说,除良好的终点控制外,钢中碳锰氧的化学平衡也是重要的影响因素之一。
A steelmaking system provides a low-carbon deep-drawn billet for a meter-seven system that requires very stringent strength and surface quality. Due to the extremely low carbon content requirement, the oxygen content in the steel was unstable and the pass rate of steel ingot was relatively low, only 88.9% in 1981. After years of efforts, it achieved 97% in 1985 and achieved gratifying results. However, little progress has been made since then, only 97.7% in 1986, still far from the first-level quality indicators and the overall steel ingot pass rate of 98.3%. After the identification and commissioning of the cold rolled HC small mill, the output of W08F will increase substantially, possibly exceeding 200,000 tons. It is difficult for the current production level of W08F to keep up with the development of the situation. In addition to good end point control, the chemical balance of carbon, manganese and oxygen in steels is also an important influencing factor in connection with the hearth operation and workmanship.
