随着社会经济、科技的迅速发展,各行各业被带动起来,汽车行业也不例外。尤其是近几年,汽车行业保持良好发展姿势,我国二手车市场的份额随之逐年增涨,引起了国内外各大整车企业以及汽车经销商的广泛关注。但是,在二手车市场不断壮大发展的同时,信息不对称问题暴露出来,成为阻碍其进一步发展的重要因素。本文分析了二手车市场信息不对称的原因,并指出其影响,以期为行业发展提供参考。
With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, all walks of life are brought forward and the automobile industry is no exception. Especially in recent years, the automobile industry has maintained a good development posture. As a result, the share of China’s second-hand car market has been increasing year by year, attracting a great deal of attention from major auto companies and automobile dealers at home and abroad. However, as the used car market continues to grow, the issue of information asymmetry has become exposed as an important factor that hinders its further development. This paper analyzes the reasons for the asymmetric information of second-hand car market, and points out its impact in order to provide a reference for the development of the industry.
