利用声发射方法,测定了金属材料表面喷涂陶瓷层及经激光熔覆陶瓷层与基体的结合强度,并对陶瓷层产生声发射特性进行了探讨,最后分析了激光熔覆陶瓷层形成裂纹的过程。
Acoustic emission method was used to measure the bonding strength of the ceramic layer sprayed on the surface of the metal material and the substrate by laser cladding and the acoustic emission characteristics of the ceramic layer were discussed. Finally, the process of laser cladding ceramic layer cracking was analyzed .
