HXD1机车主断路器是车顶高压设备的重要组成部分,用于接通和开断机车25 k V主电路,同时对电路过载及短路保护。由于HXD1型机车主断路器经常发生断不开、断开后不闭合等故障,给机车运用产生了不利的影响,给铁路的正常运输带来了较大的隐患。本文通过分析主断路器控制电路的构成,针对现场发生的问题进行分析,提出了处理的方法。
