铁道部重大科技攻关项目——WD-320型动力稳定车——于1996年8月11～12日在铁道部昆明机械厂通过了部组织的鉴定.鉴定会由铁道部科技司主持.鉴定委员会由铁道部科技司、工务局、西南交通大学、北方交通大学、铁道部科学研究院、铁道部标准计量所及各路局工务处等15个单位的21位领导和专家组成.
Major scientific and technological project of the Ministry of Railways -WD-320-type dynamic stability of vehicles - in the Ministry of Railways Kunming Machinery Factory passed the ministerial organization appraisal from August 11 to 12, 1996. Appraisal will be presided over by the Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Division. Appraisal Committee It is composed of 21 leaders and experts from 15 units of Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Railways, Southwest Jiaotong University, North Jiaotong University, Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Research Institute, Ministry of Railways Standards Metrology Bureau and various bureau administrations.
