当前高职院校图书馆情报咨询工作中存在着一些问题与不足,主要表现在组织结构、人员配备、服务效率等方面。为了应对这些问题,提高情报咨询工作服务效率,今后在实际工作中需要采取相应的对策,改革管理体制、提高人员素质、优化信息资源、利用网络技术、提高服务质量,同时还需要根据学科的需要,提供专业咨询,并推动校企联合,创造更大价值。
