负荷超声心动图是指运动、起搏或药物增加心脏负荷,用超声检测心血管系统对负荷的反应状况,从而反映和诊断心脏疾病。负荷超声心动图诊断心脏疾病具有优越性,随着影像学新技术的发展,诊断的敏感性和特异性不断提高。多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的诊断已趋成熟,在先天性心脏病、心肌病、瓣膜病、心功能等方面也有相应的研究。
