创新教育是以培养学生创新精神和创新能力为基本取向的教育,其核心是在全面实施素质教育的过程中,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力。为此,学校推进创新教育要从机制建设、课堂教学、社会实践三方面进行建构,把创新教育渗透于教育教学的各个环节,贯穿于学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的各个方面,创新形式,丰富内容,不断提高创新教育工作的吸引力和感染力,增强创新教育工作的针对性和实效性。近年来,吴忠市利通一小积极探索创新教育的新途径和新办法,在推进创新教育方面进行了有益的尝试,初步形成了创新教育的特色,丰富了素质教育的内涵,拓展了学校发展的空间,提高了学校的办学效益,打造了学校的办学品牌,形成了学校的核心竞争力,促进了学生的全面发展和学校的可持续发展。
